and raster/vector integration considered an asset.

2-year related post-secondary diploma, AutoCAD 2000+, Graphic
Utilities, Imaging Software.

Civil Engineer

Job Description/Duties:
Nichols Environmental (Canada) Ltd. has an immediate opening for an energetic
individual to complement our civil project team. The successful candidate will
have proven interpersonal communication skills, computer skills in AutoCAD
and assorted engineering software programs, and thrive on a diverse and challenging
project environment.
Qualifications:
Minimum of three years of mixed engineering experience, ideally
encompassing civil design, municipal services, transportation,
and project management. Undergraduate degree in a related
discipline, strong documentation and communication skills,
valid driver’s license, and experience with AutoCAD,
MS Office, WordPerfect, and as other engineering-related
software. Previous experience and safety training such as
First Aid, CPR, Ground Disturbance, and H2S Alive would also
be an asset. You are comfortable both at the front line and
in writing reports. All candidates must be eligible to be
registered with APEGGA as a Professional Engineer.

Geo-Enviro Engineer/Technologist

Job Description/Duties:
Nichols Environmental (Canada) Ltd. has an immediate
opening for an energetic individual to complement our civil
and environmental project team. Duties will include Phase
I and Phase II ESAs, site remediation, spill response, Geotechnical
Investigations, Geomatic-related work, project management,
and remediation supervision. It is expected that you
will work with minimal supervision and increase your office
responsibilities over time. Additional duties will include
involvement with civil and construction projects. The successful
candidate must be willing to travel for short durations.
Qualifications:
Two year diploma or undergraduate degree in a related discipline,
strong documentation and communication skills, valid driver’s
license, experience with AutoCAD, MS Office, WordPerfect, as well as
other engineering related software. Previous experience and safety
